We offer two forms of payment through our online store. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS for immediate credit card payment. Charges on your credit card will appear as CCS, Inc. If you received one of our promotional emails, flyers or were contacted directly by one of our salespeople and received a promotional code, we offer a complimentary 30 DAY OPEN ACCOUNT for your company. Please enter the promotional code when prompted at the time of checkout and your company will be billed for the merchandise following shipment. You will receive your invoice by mail offering an additional 2% discount if payment is made in within 10 days. Our minimum order amount is $80.00.
Once your order is received, you will be contacted by our California warehouse via telephone to verify shipping information and an approximate delivery schedule. We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes so a full physical shipping address for Federal Express must be entered at time of order.
Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until your order is verified and processed by our shipping department. California customers please add appropriate California sales tax.
We offer complimentary FREE SHIPPING by FEDERAL EXPRESS on ALL orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please add 10% to merchandise total.
When you voluntarily provide us with personal information such as name, shipping and billing information and credit card information during your online ordering process, we ONLY use the information to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your information with other companies.
We reserve the right to make substitutions on product brands (when specified) with products of equal or better quality if the product listed is not available. Colors occasionally may vary slightly from those pictured.
